Please call 617-425-4848 for appointments and questions about pricing. Availability changes quickly, and for that reason we cannot accept appointment requests via email. To make or change an appointment, please call us during business hours or leave us a voicemail and we will be happy to help.
We will confirm your appointment the day before your service by your choice of either email or phone call. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change anything about your appointment and we'll be happy to help.
We strive to be on time for our clients and do our very best to call you if we are running behind schedule. Please let us know if you are running late and we will be able to advise whether we will still be able to take you, reschedule you, or move you to another of our talented stylists. Usually, the latest we are able to take an appointment is 15 minutes in order to honor our other clients' appointments. Clients arriving later than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled at the discretion of the front desk staff.
If a client has a habit of no-showing or cancelling last minute, Liquid reserves the right to implement a 24hr 50% cancellation policy and require a credit card for future bookings. This happens rarely because we know that our clients respect our work and the time needed to do it.
Our stylists are very busy and can sometimes have long wait times for appointments. If your preferred stylist is not available, we will add you to our actively managed waitlist and let you know if something changes. We are also happy to book you with another stylist if you are in a bind and cannot wait for an appointment. Pre-booking your next appointment will ensure that your preferred day/time is available for your next service.
Our services are guaranteed at Liquid. If you have any questions or concerns about your service, please call us as soon as possible and we will be happy to book you time to correct any issues, free of charge. Please understand that we need to speak with you within one week of your service in order to provide this guarantee.
Parking on Tremont Street is metered. You can sometimes find South End guest parking on the side streets. Meters take cards and quarters, which we do have available, or you can use the city's new parking app. http://park.boston.gov/
Kids are welcome at Liquid, but do require constant adult supervision as there are many potentially hazardous tools and chemicals around. Kids service prices can only be given at the salon as they depend on time and effort required on a case by case basis.
Our stylists are very experienced with cutting hair for donations and we do several a week. For this service, we ask that our clients arrive with freshly washed & dried hair. We'll cut your hair to the appropriate length and package it for you to send in to whichever organization you've decided to donate to. There are several of these organizations and we are happy to advise if you need help deciding.
